Payment and Cancellation policies
Payment is due upon booking appointment to secure your spot. Appointments canceled with less than a 24 hr notice are non refundable.
Troy will honor your appointment up to 10 minutes past your appointment time. After that and Troy will be going on with his day and the appointment will be considered cancelled. This helps keep all appointment on track for everyone.
No call, no show cancellations will be met with 3 strikes. We are willing to reschedule up to 2 times. After the third time we will assume you no longer wish to work with Troy and you will not be rescheduled.
If your Appointment is cancelled or rescheduled due to an issue on our end, you will receive a full refund for the amount of that missed session that you paid for unless you chose to reschedule.
Sometimes there are Emergency cases. Medical and weather related emergencies will often be excused. Call us to inform us at your earliest convenience if this is the case.
Policies are subjected to change without notice. Though we try our hardest to inform you if and when they effect you.
